Shelia is a member of the Yale paper. She is short and has long red hair. She and Rory are in the same year of college. She is also on the part of the Yale Daily News board. When Paris becomes editor of the paper, she is one of the board members that plans to kick Paris out. Eventually when Paris resigns, Shelia gladly votes for Rory to be the editor
